We are pleased to announce the line up for the Mill Hill Street Market Music Festival on Saturday 11th November. We have managed to put together a fantastic lineup of bands and artists.
We kick off with The amazing Bossa Bandits,
A now familiar duo around the London music scene -The Bossa Bandits blend classic Bossa Nova with a British accent; fusing the authentic grooves of Brazil with original song writing to create a uniquely timeless and mellow vibe. Clive B Bossa on guitar and vocals, Iain Cameron on Flute with special friends (and audience) on Cajon, Shakers, Keys, Coins and whatever else comes their way!
They are followed by Simply Gray, playing an eclectic mix of rock and roll covers such as
Sea cruise, Lawdy miss clawdy, I’m ready, Teddy bear, honey dont and Rockin robin. This will be their debut gig, although the members are all seasoned veterans of the local music scene.
Next up are Drop Pink who are a local Indie/ alternative band. They’ve been together mainly doing covers for the last year and a half and have now starting writing our own music. We’re a group of four school mates with an addictive stage presence and a passion for music. We also have a lovely following from our friends that come to all our gigs. Shanuk Dilhara is our lead singer and Rhythm guitar, Corey Herbaut as Lead guitar, Callum Graham on bass and Jack Medlin on drums and backing vocals.
We finish off with Mill Hill Stalwarts Radfax, who have played several times at various events in Mill Hill and need no introduction!
Music will be performed between 1pm and 6pm. There will be a bar as well. Come down and say Hi!
