Fantastic community spirit in Mill Hill Square tonight, there must have been over 300 people there to celebrate Chanukah with the lighting of the Menorah, Matthew Offord was in attendance to say some lovely words and prayers from Rabbi Schochet, felt like a real community spirit! pic.twitter.com/po7AFSkXvU— Inside Mill Hill (@insidemillhill) December 3, 2018
Last night we had a fantastic carol service hosted by The Pro Arte Choir at St Michael and All Angels church. The church was packed and a great time was had by all.

So what have we got coming up in our festive diary?
The #SaveLondonMusic Campaign and Barnet Eye Xmas Party and Community Awards
Anyone who has attended previous years will know that this will be a whole lot of fun. It is being staged for the first time in Mill Hill at the Rugby club and is free to enter. The beer is cheap and good quality and the club is a very family friendly environment. They kindly offered to host the event after winning The Barnet Eye Community Sports Club of the Year in Barnet in 2017 for their work with Colindale Foodbank and their community scheme in partnership with Barnet Mencap.
Come down to @MillHillRFC on Friday at 8pm for the #SaveLondonMusic & @Barneteye Xmas party and Community Awards. Free admission and great live music from The False Dots an Republic of Brentford - PA provided by us pic.twitter.com/0kIqkJpnoO— MillHillMusicComplex (@MillHillMusicCo) December 9, 2018

Other Mill Hill News
So what else has been happening around Mill Hill. Here's our round up
More fly tipping in Goodwyn Avenue
We are sad to report that there seems to be no end to this. As it happens on a weekly basis, usually at weekend, we urge the council to invest in some surveillance to catch the anti social individuals who clearly think that dumping in our high street is fine and no one cares.
Sadly, yet again we have flytipping on Goodwyn Ave, NW7. We hope @CouncillorsMill will finally take action as this is becoming ridiculous pic.twitter.com/aJZeb7oPZG— A Better Mill Hill (@ABetterMillHill) December 9, 2018
Disrepair at Mill Hill Subway
Mill Hill Residents are fed up with the lack of maintenance at Mill Hill Subway. These pools of water etc, will pose a real hazard when the temperatures drop to freezing
Not a good look @BarnetCouncil and @TfL don’t know whose responsibility it is, but the Mill Hill Circus Subway is turning into a jungle, someone needs to carry out some maintenance @ABetterMillHill #lovemillhill pic.twitter.com/mGWMZbfzfV— Inside Mill Hill (@insidemillhill) December 9, 2018
